These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between you (“the member”) and Yutori Space. By enrolling in the Yutori Ritual Membership, you agree to the following:

1. Membership Overview
The Yutori Ritual Membership is a monthly subscription designed to provide consistent, personalised bodywork.
Your membership includes:
- One Tailored Bodywork or Signature massage session (length of treatment depends on your selected option)
- Discounted rates on each monthly session as shown in Fresha.
- Priority booking access
- One annual treatment upgrade of an additional 30 mins added to your session, to be taken in the 12th month of your membership.
Membership benefits are intended for the named member only and are non-transferable. Appointments booked under your membership cannot be transferred to another individual.

2. Payment Terms
- Membership is billed monthly via recurring payment.
- Payments are taken on the same date each month, based on your sign-up date.
- All payments must be made in advance of your monthly session.
- Membership fees are non-refundable once processed.
Yutori Space reserves the right to review and adjust pricing. Members will be given at least 30 days’ notice of any changes. Founding members may retain their original rate where stated.

3. Booking & Priority Access
Members receive priority access to appointments, including:
- Early notification of access to newly released availability
- The option to pre-book future sessions
While every effort is made to accommodate preferred times, booking remains subject to availability. It is recommended that members book in advance to secure their preferred slot.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of that month’s session.
This policy ensures fairness and protects dedicated time reserved for members.

5. Rollover Policy
- Two unused sessions per year may be rolled over to the following month if notice is given before the end of the current billing cycle.
- Rolled-over sessions must be used within the following month and cannot be carried forward further.
Unused sessions beyond this timeframe will be forfeited.

6. Pausing Your Membership
- Memberships may be paused once per 12-month period, for a maximum of one month.
- A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to request a pause.
This is designed to offer flexibility while maintaining the integrity of the membership structure.

7. Cancellation of Membership
- Memberships require a minimum commitment of 3 months.
- After this period, you may cancel your membership with 14 days’ notice prior to your next billing date.
No refunds will be issued for partial months.

8. Health & Wellbeing
- Members are responsible for informing Yutori Space of any changes to their health, medical conditions, or injuries.
- Treatments will be adapted accordingly to ensure safety and suitability.
Yutori Space reserves the right to decline or modify treatment where necessary.

9. Changes to Membership
Yutori Space reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the membership structure or benefits. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.

Cancellation Policy
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Appointments cancelled within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee.
• No-shows are charged 100% of the appointment fee.
• All outstanding fees must be paid before another appointment can be booked.
• Clients who have previously cancelled at short notice or not attended an appointment may be asked to pay a 50% deposit for future bookings.
