Why I created
Yutori Space
A space to pause.
A place to feel cared for.
Hi, I'm Tracey, founder of Yutori Space.
I created Yutori Space because I believe that taking care of ourselves shouldn't be something we only think about when we're exhausted, in pain or running on empty.
Life asks a lot of us.
Whether it's work, family, caring for others or simply trying to keep up with the pace of everyday life, it's easy to ignore what our body has been trying to tell us.
Over time, tension can become normal. Feeling tired can become expected. We get used to carrying more than we realise.
Yutori Space was created to offer something different.
A calm, welcoming place where you can slow down, feel listened to and receive care that's tailored to you as an individual.
Yutori is a Japanese concept that reminds us of the importance of creating space in our lives to pause, breathe and simply be.
“Relaxing, skillful treatments, a calming and welcoming atmosphere... Tracey is amazing at what she does and I can’t stop coming back!" - Ashleigh S.
“It's simply the best in the area, a friendly peaceful atmosphere and a wonderful way to switch off, would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.” — Lisa E.

Between Life's Demands
The vision for Yutori Space was born from my own experience of living with prolonged stress and from witnessing the struggles of the clients entering my treatment room.
The more people I worked with, the more I realised that a sore neck or tight shoulders rarely exist in isolation. Understanding the wider picture has helped me become a better massage therapist.
I realised that lasting wellbeing isn't found in quick fixes. It's built through creating space to pause, recover and respond to life's demands with greater awareness and care. Sometimes that begins with something as simple as taking an hour to slow down and allow your body and mind the opportunity to rest.
Always learning, always evolving
One of the things I love most about my work is that there's always more to learn.
Over the years, I've continued to develop my knowledge through training in therapeutic massage, reflexology, Ayurvedic therapies, coaching and the relationship between body and mind. Each new area of learning has helped me better understand the many different ways people experience tension, discomfort and the pressures of everyday life.
Rather than following a single approach, I draw on this knowledge to support each person as an individual. My aim isn't to have all the answers, but to continue learning so I can offer thoughtful, evidence-informed care that's tailored to the person in front of me.
I'm committed to ongoing professional development because I believe the best care comes from remaining curious, open-minded and continually growing.
