Hi, I'm Tracey
I'm your local massage & soft tissue therapist, with a passion for understanding the body and how our overall health & wellbeing shape the way we feel within it.
I care deeply about the experience I provide for my clients, I take the time to listen, to understand how you're feeling and what you need and want from your time with me.
I have been a massage therapist for over 20 years now, I'm also a Level 5 soft tissue therapist and hold qualifications in many other therapies and modalities. My experience, training and love of continued learning allow me to take a holistic approach and tailor your treatment to you.
I created Yutori as a space where you can come and receive the care and attention that you and your body deserve, a place to feel listened to and supported, where your treatment is always shaped around you.
You can step away from the demands of everyday life, and for a while, you can be the one being cared for.

Life asks a lot of you. Between work, family and everything else that needs your attention, your own needs can easily slip to the bottom of the list. Over time, tension builds, tiredness becomes harder to shake and switching off can feel almost impossible.
You stop noticing your tense shoulders, clenched jaw and that tightness in your chest; they've become your normal, until one day your body starts shouting a little louder, reminding you that you can’t just keep pushing through without taking time to look after yourself.
This is your reminder that you don't have to wait until your body is shouting at you to give it the care it deserves.
